1. Application screening

At this stage, we identify the applicants whose profiles best fit our requirements, irrespective of their age, gender, nationality, or cultural background. Recruitment agencies may assist us with this task.

2. Initial interview

If your application is selected, then we will contact you to set up an initial interview. Interviews will be with Human Resources and the  department personnel. If appropriate, we may ask you to complete additional testing.

Additional interviews maybe necessary, depending on the position.

3. Job offer

If you successfully get through these stages, you will be offered a position.

USA job offers are contingent upon background and employment checks, passing a drug screen and a post-offer medical physical.

4. Induction day

To help you get off to the best possible start in your new role, we will provide you with all the practical information you need for your day-to-day work. Throughout your first week, you will go on a company tour, attend safety, quality and IT trainings.

5. Training

Starts Day One!  During your first few days of work you will complete your personalized training plan which features a range of training courses covering safety, quality and employment practices.

6. Follow-up

And that is not all! Once you have been with us for a few months, we will have a chat with you to make sure everything is going well and answer any questions you may have.
